4-5 Day Split Routine


Could somebody direct me to a good 4 or 5 day split using no machines just free weights along with a bench and squat stands. Moved from the WS4SB templates and in need of something else, more geared towards hypertrophy rather than strength gains.


why dont you make your own? surely you know enough about your body to choose exercises and reps in order to progress on.
