3rd Cycle Research Time (Test Cyp and Tren E)

I was running Test Cyp and Deca on my last cycle. Saw decent gains with 400mgTest/200mg of Deca. During the middle of my cycle I bumped up deca to a higher dose and had some deca-dick/libido issues so I backed it down and ran Arimidex 3 days a week to help with estrogen levels.

Dropped the Deca off and want to start another cycle with Test Cyp and Tren-E. Never ran any Nolva or Clomid with my first two cycles. Never had any gyno issues but was tired at times that seemed more related when I was running a higher dose of Deca.

I'm 5-11", 185lb and 37 years old. Intensity of my training isn't competition prep style, but 4-5 days a week doing different muscle groups each day once a week 6 to 8 reps at 80% of max. (sometimes twice a week if I'm focused on a certain group). Sometimes I'll throw a super set in the mix during various training days but not always.

Diet is mainly decent but with a wife and kids, it's easy to cheat more than once a week. Typically shoot for 8 egg whites for breakfast, protein shake after training at 9 am each morning, meals at work that consist of of 1 chicken breast, rice, broccoli or sweet potato x 2 meals at work, protein bar for snack and whatever the wife cooks for dinner. Try to keep my protein intake between 1 gram or better for my body weight. I just am not hungry enough to consume more. I also consume Milk Thistle, B12 and zinc daily.

Was thinking of the following:

Weeks 1-2
Test Cyp 200mg x 2 per week
Tren E - 100 mg x 2 per week
Arimidex 3 times a week opposite of pinning days

Weeks 3-4
Test Cyp 200mg x 2 per week
Tren E - 150mg x 2 per week
Arimidex 3 times a week opposite of pinning days

Weeks 6-12
Test Cyp 250 mg x 2 per week
Tren E - 150 mg x 2 per week (keep it here if not seeing any sides)
Arimidex 3 times a week opposite of pinning days

What about PCT? Any recommendations since I never really did any PCT before. Didn't really have any adverse affects when coming off my cycle prior so...?

Well this forum sure responds a lot. I guess I’ll talk to myself and update everyone.

Just as an FYI, I ordered and ran a Labmax test on the Tren-E before I started and it was legit. Came back with light orange in both ampules indicating that it’s what it was supposed to be.

Anyway, I’m on week 3 of my cycle of Test Cyp and Tren-E. So far so good. Eased into the Tren-E since I wanted to see how I reacted to the Tren-E.

I was originally going to run 200mg x 2 a week of test and 150 mg x 2 a week of Tren-E. I’ve decided to run 250 mg x 2 a week (500 mg total) of Test Cyp and 150 mg x 2 a week of Tren-E. So far I feel great. Only major sides are hot flashes from time to time and slightly elevated blood pressure (138 over 74 is what it’s been running on average).

Endurance and strength gains are already being seen and quite honestly I feel fantastic. I"ll update before and after pics once I’m done after my 12th week.

I start HCG (3 times a week) next week since I have been running Test Cyp alone for quite some time. I want to get that pituitary gland stimulated and make sure my body keeps producing natural testosterone.

I’ll post more updates as I have them.

According to your info, you’ve been training for less than 2 years, and you’re already onto a 3rd cycle? And you’re about to jump on tren at 5’10, 185?

Gee, I wonder why nobody’s interested in this thread.

That being said, your cycle looks fine. You should be doing a PCT after every cycle if you don’t plan to blast and cruise for the rest of your life. You’re playing with fire by not doing PCT, and you seem to not even realize it.

Nolvadex at 20mg/day for 6 weeks.

Plus you are not willing to eat so we all know how this ends anyway.

HCG does not stimulate the pituitary. It can, however, shut it down.
