Mainly just wondering about my depth and if I should worry about how my heels are moving during the hole. Not sure if the weight is shitting forward or to the side too much

All I see is that you are at the top of your weight for 5 reps.
And how do you get 388lbs on a bar?
That's not a great angle...
As the set progresses, your forward lean increases dramatically. I think I may see a bit of sideways movement to the right but again, the angle makes it hard to be sure.
