35 Y/O Beginner Need Guidance

IF you are having good progress after 10 weeks, there is NO need to change things up. When your progress starts to slow down or stall, then you may think about changing things up! Keep in mind things will naturally slow after your first few months as well, this is normal!

I would also put more focus into diet than your workout program. The fact of it is, if you are doing a proper workout program you will progress. Using the optimum program can give you better results, but having a great diet is much more important.

Like I always say, you can have great progress with a perfect diet and a half ass workout, but you will never do will with a perfect workout and a half ass diet.

Iā€™m not trying to promote half ass workouts, but to make the point that diet is king! Really try and work on getting your diet dialed right in and your results will be through the roof!

10 week progress:

Squat 220 x 6
Deadlift 240 x 6
Bench 145 x 6
OHP. 95 x 6
Pendlay row 130 x 8

Bodyweight 183 lbs at. 5ā€™11"
Waist down 1 inch to 34". Still lots of softness all around. Bf% 20 impedance scale.
