Deload until the end of the year workout…
bw+45x5 Pr, last 2 reps were very hard and slow!
Some of the dips and row were superset!
Enough for the day, this was my 35th birtday workout!

Welcome to the club. Trust me - a lot of guys start their most productive training ever post-35, myself included.
That was about a month ago guys…im still 35 for another 11 months, i notice a lots of 5/3/1 log in the 35 section, i used to have one in the log section but since the beggining of the year my log is at this location:
