my thoughts exactly. flax or fish oil capsules are easy and a really good source of fats.

and as far as the rest of your diet, remember: variety is key. do not stagnate with oatmeal, chicken breasts, and MRPs. try some fish, beef, whole wheat bread (toast in the morning), eggs, salads, and even some fruits (with breakfast preferably). if you dont change things up you will get bored and you may develop nutritional defficiencies.

for example, if those MRPs are not made with milk (im assuming just water) then you are probably going to be short on calcium. a multivitamin and some variety will do ya good.
