34 Year Old, Low T for my Age?

Please do not post labs like that again, torture!
Cannot get through it all. :persevere:

Blast and blows to the head can damage pituitary and thus hormone levels.

Odd low chloride and high sodium!

TSH=2.66 should be closer to 1.0
lab ranges for thyroid are useless
Part of your fatigue is probably low thyroid function which you will evaluate via last paragraph in this post.

Problem may be caused by not using iodized salt.
Low thyroid function causes fat gain and can make fat loss difficult.
If you are iodine deficient, wife and kids can be too!

You may also notice:

  • feeling cold easier
  • sparse outer eyebrows
  • generalized hair thinning - not MPB

You need to test: -
LH AND FSH, not just LH
prolactin
fT4
fT3 - please not T3, T4 or any indirect methods or indexes etc.
FT -free testosterone
SHBG

Most docs are clueless about TRT and endos are typically the worst. VA has a well deserved reputation.

Please read the stickies found here: About the T Replacement Category - #2 by KSman

  • advice for new guys - need more info about you
  • things that damage your hormones
  • protocol for injections
  • finding a TRT doc

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
