33/33/33 Diet Question.

How do you set up the 33/33/33 carb/protein/fat split?

I weight 215lbs, and i am just unsure of the math to set the above plan up for myself.

The easiest way that I have found is to use a Zone Block Chart to determine proportions.

After a few weeks you can learn to look at food and determine the correct portion.

Here is an example:

Google “calcuate BMR”.

You’ll likely find a couple of different formulas where you put in some info and it tells you your (supposed) resting metabolic rate (the amount you should eat to stay where you are).

If you know your LMB, use the one that takes that into account. If not, use the other.

Like California Law said in the other thread, its really going to come down to a matter of you changing it depending on the results you’re getting, but that should give you an idea to start with.
