i train heavy one week, reps next week as seen in video and i also throw in some swiss bar pressing to stimulate log press and get thoracic extentors and core stronger while pressing a big circumference,
i also bench, log clean and press, circus dumbell press, and keg press in no paticular order or obligatory fashion the other workout of the week,

workout fromt today highlights
315x1overhead strict press PR
270x5 in each hand farmers deadlift
140x4 cicrus dumbell strict PR
205x5 dumbell rows PR

here is circus dumbell form today

Phenomenal. Keep up the great lifting.

Although I guess you do need to practice that circus dumbbell with your non-dominant hand haha. I’ve done some circus db pressing and I definitely know the feeling lol.
