Not the best picture. Been cutting for 3 weeks now and down 15 pounds… pretty simple program…
Maximum Strength HOT-ROX(had this leftover)
about 50g of BCAAs a day, mainly after workout.
300g of protein
50g of carbs/day
~120g of fat with at least 40g of EFAs
20 min cardio 12.0 incline at 3.0 speed on empty stomach.
Monday the program is going to the superhero workouts by CT.
I am trying to get RIPPED, this may take a year to do so but I will do it. Do you guys think that I am dropping to quick with that diet?
