30 Minute Window

I’m curious about the 30 min window.
Today I worked calves then 45 min on legs, 15 on abs and 5 on stretching. By the time I finished, my calf work was over an hour ago. Did I miss that 30 min window for calves?

How fast do the various forms of whey and carbs get into the blood?

Are you talking about the mythical 30 minute window in which you need to eat after a workout or all protein synthesis is lost?

Have you tried taking a putty knife or razor blade to the paint around the sash? That may allow you to open the window.

Everyone knows that you have to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes otherwise you’ll get cramps.

But moooom…nobody else has to wait.

Doesn’t matter. In fact, many lifters don’t have anything PWO because of the elevated levels of HGH. HGH and insulin are not friends.
