I think I'm finally getting faster under the bar. Second rep was ugly, but a good test for me of fighting fear.

What can I do better going forward?


You let your knees shift back too much. Your shins should be perpendicular to the ground. This will take your quads out of the equation too early. Engage your glutes, set your back and stay over the bar.


Also, move your feet.
