I have a couple questions about this program. This month, I have a lot of football camps and basketball camps. Like this week for instance, I have Summer League Basketball on Thursday from 1 to 4, An out of town basketball camp on Friday and Saturday, then mini-camp for football from Sunday to Tuesday and it lasts all day.
My questions are, When should I lift? I asked my dad if I could lift in the morning to get it out of the way and he said no because I have to babysit my little brother when he isn’t even up. I am thinking about just sneaking out and doing it anyway.
How long is the reccomended time between workouts supposed to be? I plan on lifting all week until Thursday, taking off until Wednesday, then I should be good for awhile.
