I'm going to hopefully going to take control of my life now I've wasted the past 4 years doing nothing but in procrastination.
I know everyone reacts differently to different diets and supplements.
What would you think of my diet if I follow them macro percentages?
I'm 5ft8 and 220 lbs or so.
I want to get down to 150 or 155 and get as lean as possible.
I'm going to get a dexa scan and see what my current stats are and go from there hopefully.
