3 Workouts in a day

I have tons of free time and i’ve been on mag 10 for 2 days now. I lift at 9 and then again at 4. Would throwing in another workout at 9 or 10 be helpful or detrimental to my quest to gain LBM? If helpful should i combine days or just do a general workout of that muscle group at night? Thanks
