i need any ideas that you guys have on how to lose between 10 and 15lbs and gain as much muscle as possible in three weeks
regardless of what those late night infomercials tell you, you wont make any sort of drastic change in body composition in three weeks.
I don't even think you could do it with "Vitamin S". 3 weeks is simply nothing.
You should have started to get into shape for college months ago.
Why the hurry?
if its a must id look at the fat/weight loss with some muscle loss good luck gaining any real muscle while trying to cut in three weeks
