Has anyone tried the 3 site test from Accumeasure?
How accurate do you think it is??
Since I won’t always have a second person around don’t think I can do the 7 site test.
You’re not going for accuracy wiht the accumeasure, or any other at-home BF measuring kit. You need to work at your consistency before you actually start keeping real stats. Being consistent in how you administer the test is more importeant than the actual readings you will get.
The good thing about these kits is that, if you are consistent, you have a pretty accurate measure of your progress. But to think that you will have an accurate BF measurement is hoping tof too much.
