3 Days Split

Hello Thibs,

I have found out that doing a lift once in every 5 days works best for me. More often fatigues me too much and less often seems to fall short of optimal. This frequency works well with a 3 days split but I want to base my training on 4 movements. I need to pair 2 of the 4 together so that it becomes a 3 days split but couldn’t figure out how to do it. The movements are:

  1. Squat
  2. Bench Press
  3. Sumo Deadlift
  4. Snatch-grip High Pull

What would be the optimal way to pair two of them? Or would I be better off dropping one? Thank you very much in advance.
