3 Day Split

My training looks like this:

Tues: Dynamic Bench
Thurs: Dynamic Squat
Sat: Max Bench

Now, My question is there is a 4 day rest period. Is that a bad thing considering that 72 hours is the amount needed to recupurate? By the way I am powerlifter that uses all of the westside principles.

I was going to ask the same question, where is your ME Lower day?

As far as the number of days of rest, the only true way to find out if this works is to test drive it.

Most 3 day Westside splits I have seen have 4 different training emphasis days.
