I have recently bought Beyond 5/3/1 and wanted to do a 3 day split that Jim has outlined
day 1 squat & bench (or press)
day 2 deadlift
day 3 squat & bench (or press)
I'm trying to find out if i am meant to do 5/31 on both the squat and bench
or if i am supposed to do a different set rep scheme on the second exercise?
any help would be much appreciated.
