3-Day Push/Pull Routine Help

Hello Everyone, I have been working out for past one year. Different guys in gym used to give me different advices and I followed their training methods. I end up no where.

Till Now Best thing that work for me is push-pull routine.But I am unable to plan my routine.
I want it 3 days a week. Should I split it this way?
Day 1: Pull Exercises ( Back & Biceps)
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Push Exercises ( Chest, Shoulders & triceps)
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Rest

My schedule does not have abs workout. On which day should I do abs workout. Please provide relevant changes to be done in schedule for best result.
As in Push exercises Chest, Shoulder and triceps are to be done, I am not able to do all exercises for all body parts. So which all exercises should I do on this day.

Please tell me the order of compound movement exercises to be done, no. of reps, sets etc.

Look at this thread for ideas. I think it has a 3-day split that says what to do on each day.
