3 Day Mass Program?

Can anyone point me to a good 3 day a week mass building program?

I did a search and found several people recommending Convergant Phase Training, but the link to it is dead, and most people just posted their own variations to CPT.

Any help on a working link or program would be appreciated.


Give my Triple Total Training routine a try, if you feel like it.

It works great, and it’s the exact same program I used for 6 weeks.
