Looking for a good 3 day fullbody routine. What has worked for you guys in the past? I need something for the next 6-8 weeks till I go to an upper lower split or wendler 531. Just needing to get back in the groove from over year layoff. Any help would be appreciated.
What is your training goal?
Over a year layoff I would do starting strength (or any linear progression). Hell, that’s what I’d do if I had to take a 2-month layoff. Build strength back up quickly for a few weeks, then switch to something more complex.
There are good 3-day 5/3/1 templates out there as well, by the way. Including one Jim Wendler posted on his website just a couple weeks ago.
