I read something about it a few weeks ago and I cant seem to find or recognize it?
It was pavels', preist's? (????) workout where you would do 3-5 excersizes, for 3-5 sets or 3-5 reps, 3-5 times a week?
Is this correct? Anyone have any other information on it?
It seems like it would be a fun way to mix everything up.
