I’ve been running the 2x2x2 for over eight months after deciding to embrace ‘balanced training’ with great results. I came across the Leader/Anchor template scheme on this board and was instantly excited. I see parallels between the two and was wondering if anyone has combined the ‘templates’ and could share how they pieced them together. Thanks
There are hundreds of possibilities. Possibly thousands when you burn, twist and deform (anyone?) the definition of conditioning and using the weight vest. It’ll all be explained in the book. Just don’t take advice from anyone who hasn’t read the book. Lots of “odd” advice given here that has zero to do with the principles and programming of the 531 program.
