hey ct, I would like to know how will you set up a strenght phase for a ramping 2rm phase ? my main lift will be bench,push press,squat and deadlift !

After the 2 rm, whats the possibility of scheme i can put to improve my lift ?

Style like the layer systems ? How many % of the lift and rep
i can do ?
