Had my second meet yesterday, did alright; but it was a pretty cheesy meet, fun but cheesy (only 2 events).
DB carry (120’s): 100 meters in 60 sec
Tire flip: 38 meters in 60 sec
Lessons learned, need more work on grip and need work on farmers walk,
and get back to states for a real comp.
Anyone have some ideas on how to improve these events? Also should I replace my bench workouts with over head pressing? I think this might be more event spacific.
