2nd Powerlifting Meet


I don't have a video of my first squat because I didn't hear them calling me up at first and had to rush out.


Squat: 325, 375, 405

Bench: 205, 225, 235(miss)

Dead:405, 430 (miss), 430


You really really need to work on your bench man. I saw close to zero leg drive...you just aren't using your body as a cohesive unit. I feel if you used a wider grip, tucked your elbows, squeezed your back together, kept your current arch or improved it and used some leg drive all together in a single movement, your bench would increase a significant amount.
