1-8wk Tbol @ 100mg then 50mg during the last couple weeks

Proposed cycle:
1-14wk Test E @250mg
1-14wk Primo @ 800mg
1-14wk Eq @ 300mg

16-21wk Nolva 50/50/25/25/10
16-20wk IGF-1 DES @ 100mcg ED

*HCG during cycle

Goals are to end at 5-7%bf, even if its for a couple days. I have 12weeks before i start this cycle, and im currently eating maintinence cals @3,100 cals clean for these 12 weeks until i hit the cycle and will gradually drop cals.

Below is my 12week pre-cycle diet.

the only thing i can see as being a problem/ what I would change would be.... id lower from 14 to 12 weeks and id drop the eq. Alot of studies now are coming out that you dont get the full anabolic benefit until week 16-20 on eq and i would never recommend a cycle that long.

Other than that me id say just run primo at a lower dose 600mgs sounds about rite. Going from a cycle of 500mgs a week to over a gram a week is an INSANE CHANGE my man. u dont wanna end up being on of these branch warrens that need 3gs of test a week minimum to feel a friggin pump lol

Moral of the story: less is more at least in terms of side to benefits. And keep is simple and growwwww

ridiculous amout of gear for a second cycle. ESPECIALLY if your goal is only to preserve muscle while dieting some fat off.

You guys are right I was afraid of that. Currently at 1050mg sauce a week, but 800mg of that is from primo which is relatively mild. Dropped to 12wk from 14wk. Is this still heavy?

Also forgot to throw the aromasin in their.

And goal is to drop to 5-7% and MAYBE gain 2-3# of lbm
