I tried reading all this legal mumbo jumbo and had a seizure.

So the bottom line was what?

  1. The municipal executive could ban a gun show

  2. The 2nd ammendment was “incorporated” meaning it now has application in the 9th circuit jurisdiction at the state and local level.

I thought it already did this.

Perhaps an attorney can break it down “Barney Style” for me.
