2busy's Training Log of Solitude

My cousin who is as a Surgical Nurse is definitely a specieist, lol. Her comments on FB was repeatedly, “You’re not a horse”.

It works! I’m getting Mane N’ Tail next for shampoo!

Guys a lot older then I am are still playing. I figure I have another 30 years to go.

20160302 - Hockey

Scrimmage - 1 hour

Seemed to be about 2 seconds behind everything for the first 3-4 shifts, Got a little better as the scrimmage went on.

That 94 year old is amazing and certainly doesn’t look his age.

A little late to the post but just watched the 94 year hockey player. At last years Senior Olympics there were 7 throwers in the over 100 division of the Shot put. First one threw and his great-great Grandson yells, “roids!” Great to see people still being active at their age.

Nice. And a nice reminder that Spring is coming!

Thanks for that info, hel320.

I’m so tired of people telling me that I need to “act” my age.

I’m 29 with 24 years of experience at it. That’s my age!

Sounds good! My Suburban hasn’t been out there yet.

Man I sure like the pics you two share!

What’s the name of that yoga pose?

Possibly a transition to what’s called The Bridge.

That was it, dead tired from a long weekend of driving to Dallas and made it back to 60 miles from home when the engine in my Suburban hand grenaded. 362,000 miles.

Wednesday - Hockey

1 hour scrimmage

Had a improved outing. No goals, but I had opportunities,

Made some decent passes, good defensive plays.

We had seven per side on the Olympic sheet, so there was only two on the bench for relief. A lot of skating ensued with little rest.
