29y/o, Pre-Potential TRT Advice?

PSA is always low at your age.

FSH and LH have increased by pituitary because T levels are low because your testicles are not working. This is called primary hypogonadism. Any pain in your testicles? Has doctor examined for physical problems?

Total Testosterone, TT=10.07 is low. TT does not tell the whole story as half of that typically is non-bioavailable SHBG+T and if that is high, TT overstates your status. Always good to also test for free Testosterone FT if available.

When on TRT with high-normal T levels, E2=80pmol/L is optimal in most cases. Your E2=104pmol/L with low TT make you very estrogen dominant and that is a big component about how you feel.

E2 and estrogen dominance increase SHBG levels and thus inflate TT.
