Alright, today was a strict PR day but I wasn't sure if I had 315 for a single or not. Took 290 but for some reason didn't stop after an easy single.
Nice. How do you train that movement? What did you do to get it to that weight?
Working push press and push jerk really helped. I used a lot of volume on all of my presses, did it ever since I was first starting.
