When you dose anastrozole or make a dose change, it takes a week for your blood levels of anastrozole to become steady. You can’t be making short term changes.

E2 80pmol/L = ~22pg/ml

When was lab done? Halfway between injections
Was your dosing consistent?
You might need more T.

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
