28 Wks of Training - Beyond Book

Jim or anyone else,
From the Beyond 531 Book, regarding the 28 Wks of Training and supplemental work.
I assume the rest pause/widow maker work, running the ladder up and down and rep work with the training max constitute the supplemental work; i.e. I do NOT add FSL, SST, etc. Just assistance work and conditioning as explained here, relevant to my levels/goals. Jumps, mobility, recovery work as always.
