28 Week Plan - Start with Lower TM or Reset After 5 Cycles?

I’m thinking of starting the 28 week plan in a couple of cycles time. If I’m not mistaken, this plan will last 8 cycles, so would it be best to lower the TM inkeeping with 5forward/3back, -or- start with a lower TM to begin with (80 or 85%) and avoiding a reset midway through?

Hey mate i would start with 80-85% otherwise your tm will catch up to you and you will have to reset before you even get to the jokers/tm for max reps. Start light.

The 28 week program wasn’t written with 5 forward/3 back in mind - so you will have to use your best judgement by either adding/subtracting some cycles or using the 7th Week Protocol (discussed in this forum) to help judge your TM.
