27yo Starting TRT Pellets, Any Advice?

Do not start TRT now.

Do not do pellets.

You are young and need to find the cause of your low T and not simply mask the symptoms.

Many of your symptoms also sound like low thyroid function.

You also need to find a doctor who will Rx hCG injections to preserver your testes and fertility.
As long as you are self injecting hCG, there is really no rational reason to not self inject T.

Before TRT do these labs:
TT
FT
E2
LH/FSH
prolactin !!!
CBC
hematocrit
TSH
fT3
fT4
rT3

Have you always used iodized salt and/or multi-vits that list iodine+selenium?

From what you have written, sounds like you need a new doctor. Most are very useless with these things.

Labs need to be posted in list format with lab ranges.
Need the labs, do not skip because they are normal or doc thinks OK.
