27 Y/O Body Recomp, 175lbs 05/19-01/2020-04/2020

Hey everyone,
Cleaned up the diet, tightened up the cardio. Was definitely making a lot of ‘fluffier’ choices in the left pic.

This is my first successful “fat loss” or “recomp”.

My inner pec seemed to have developed a tear- will that start looking worse over time or is that determined by the initial severity of the tear?
