Your T levels are vanishingly small for 1 week after injecting. You might be a T hyper metabolizer. Such guys need triple the T dose.

E2 really suggests the same.

AM cortisol seems OK, at least not a red flag.

*** Blood is very thin!!! Suggesting that T levels are quite low all of the time or a GI bleed, get an occult blood stool test. See if you can add serum iron and ferritin to labs next time. GI bleeds can come with digestive issues and food sensitivities.

Also not seeing fasting total cholesterol in lab work.

Vit-D3 intake could be improved. Get much sun on skin in the summer?

Are you avoiding iron rich foods?

Looks like I will be getting MORE blood work sooner than I thought after this response. Will make sure to get cholesterol #'s as well as the other suggestions you gave.

As for the thin blood, I do take 2-3 grams of fish oil most days, could this be the cause?

Vitamin D wise, I play football or basketball outside a couple days a week for an hour or two each time. That is my only extended time outside of mowing the grass every once in awhile. I also supplement with 5,000mg vitamin D with dinner when I remember(couple days a week). I really thought this reading would be higher.

I also don’t avoid any specific foods purposefully other than white bread and milk.

Just heard back from doctor. She wants me to start the following going forward

100mg T 2x week
500 iu hcg 2x week
anastrazole still .5mg 1x week

Im going to use her dosages but split the hcg to 250iu 4x a week and anastrazole .25mg 2x week on my shot days.

Sounds good. Many are taking 5000iu vit-D3 every days. You can take a bunch at once from time to time.

Fish oil probably would not reduce CBC much. Meanwhile, get the occult blood test.

Ordered a occult blood test from amazon. Followed all instructions. All came back negative. Should I supplement with iron possibly?

On a positive note, I am feeling the best i have in a long time. Still not 100% but that probably has some to do with my weight. Still need to lose alot of fat. Hanging around 250lbs at 5’9 Would like to be back around 200lbs

Feeling better on new protocol. Also starting to see body recomping effects. Money is low right now so no more blood work for awhile.

6 Month update.

Currently
100mg test cyp 2x week
500mcg HCG 2x week
.25 Anastrazole 2x week

I normally take all three Sunday morning and Wed night due to ease. Blood was drawn Wed Morning. Have been feeling much better overall but the puzzle is not 100% solved. Need to get more labs for my thyroid again. I also have made nice strength gains in the gym last few months, unfortunately progress has slowed recently due to a string of injuries. Weighing in around 245lbs currently would like to be a much leaner 200lbs. Thanks KSman for all your input in this forum, has been a massive help.

1 Year Blood work, has me concerned. My HDL/LDL #'s look terrible and my free test is pretty high. Looking forward to seeing the trt specialist in a week and a half. Worst part about this is, ive switched to mostly organic foods and grass fed/pasture raised protein sources the last few months as well as adding in green/fruit smoothies daily and increasing my fish/krill oil intake and my lipid profile has gotten worse since last checkup. I feel great, am down almost 20 lbs in last couple months, skin is much improved and my energy levels are very good. Everyone at work has been commenting that i look a lot better. My primary doctor saw similar results with my lipids a few weeks ago and wants to put me on a statin. I told him i would continue to eat healthy/exercise for a few more months consistently and we can check levels again. He also tested my TSH and it came back at 3.2 which he said was “perfect” My research tells me otherwise and I will probably be looking for a different primary doctor in the near future.

Saw Dr. Yesterday, if my HDL/LDL does not improve greatly over next 6 months she said she will have to stop treatment. I’ve read so much regarding cholesterol levels I’ve confused myself.

Plan as of now is to cut dietary fat down from meat/dairy products. I’ve also started niacin at 1g dose a day and may go higher, increased my fish oil intake and switched out my morning eggs for a greens smoothie with a little bit of fruit, chia seeds and a splash of mct oil.

I plan on getting more blood work in a month or 2 to see what impact the changes have made. I also plan on fasting for closer to 16 hours than the 12 i did for last blood work.

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
