Guys, what are your assumptions about my curent bodyfat level?

Great job on the fat loss. Now pack on the muscles. Your legs are below average. Training them once every 2 weeks is NOT helping you. If you can’t do behind-the-back squats due to no squat racks and you can’t lift a barbell heavy enough to challenge you up to your traps, try doing barbell hack squats or dumbbell squats. I know the latter sucks but you gotta be creative to compensate for the lack of equipment. Or go to a better gym.

Regarding fat loss, i have to mention that i haven’t done alot of cardio except for a couple of months 15 min post workout. But then again i’m also a very active person during the day.

Well, i never really knew and i never really cared what my body fat is.

I was just curious, as i saw guesstimates in the other threads.
