Been training for 4 years the last 3 of which i've been really giving it my all in the gym.
The last year or so i have started dialing in my diet.
Always Done very high volume 30-50 sets a body part on a five day split.
1 day of chest, back, arms , shoulders,legs then usually double up on chest on saturday and back sunday. Last 2 days of my week are usually bodypart split. Back and Bi's or chest and tri's to fill out the week.
Switched out my diet on new years to a clean bulk 5000+ cals a day 300 grams of protein.
Quinoa and tuna would be my 2 staples if i had to pick.
Supplementation is as follows. gold standard 100% whey, 100% casein, Glutamine, fish oils,bcaas
No xplode or Jack3d for a pre workout. Take creatine on a random basis few months on 1 month off sort of deal.
Never done any steroids or any of the heavy stuff, I've been blessed with tiger blood and Adonis dna so it seems like a shame to dilute the mix god gave me.
Training has become the biggest part of my life at the moment i deliver appliances during the day and train like a fiend at night. Not sure if I plan on competing but i definitely see a future in the industry somewhere.
