23 & 5'11, 3 Years Progress

Antoine Vaillant and I, hit up Atilis Gym today in Wildwood, NJ with the Universal Crew. I hit up 5/3/1 Squats today. Antoine and Cedric Doyon tore up their backs. They made 150lbs dbs look like paper weights. Had a blast meeting and working out alongside these guys, overall a great day

Its been a year. Strictly powerlifting training. Arms have gotten a tad smaller, but they’re much stronger. About to start training triceps heavy for bench strength and aesthetic appeal. Chest is a little smaller, but I can bench 50lbs more than I could last year.

I recently switched to low bar squatting and will test max in a few weeks, I dunked 385lbs beltless today fairly easy.

Thoughts on entering male physique contests? What bodyparts should I bring up?

Here’s the wheels. Not much… I train for powerlifting so rarely do I go over 5 reps…I’m entertaining doing a physique competition once I hit elite 181. Them calves need some growing
