225x25 Trap Bar Deadlift

You are probably proud of this since you decided to create an entire thread for it. There is not much else to say than good for you and good luck with improving your Trap bar deadlift.

Would you be impressed by 225x50?

The reason I’m aiming for reps is to train muscular endurance/cardio. It seems like people here and in general only care about strength or 1 rep maxes. This stuff is important too!

Okay, but that doesn’t mean it should be in the bodybuilding forum.

As already mentioned, it should probably be in the conditioning forum.

I did Romanian Deadlifts with 225lbs for 3 sets of 20 for assistance work after Squatting, do I get a cookie in this thread too?
