goals for January 2021

  1. Walk 170 miles (I walked 167 in December)
  2. Train 20 times
  3. Zero days over daily calorie goal (I overate 9 times in December)
  4. Lose 10lbs and weigh 225lbs by 1/31/2021 (went from 247lbs to 235lbs in Dec)

How is energy and all with this calorie intake? We can see in your picture that you already lost quite some weight. Congratulations, and welcome to the challenge! We are many this year it seems, that’s motivating!
