22 Yrs Old, No Libido for 1 Year. Clueless

Hi guys some help needed.

I have no libido for 1 year, after I made tourist vaccines before flying to India.

More symptoms: Muscle loss, less charisma less aggression and on and on for low t symps…

Labs:
TT: 492 ng/dl
FT: 54.80 PMOL/L
SHBG: 23.80 NMOL/L
E2 (Not sensitive probably): 64.62 PMOL/L
FT4: 9.80 PMOL/L
FT3: 3.22 PMOL/L
TSH: 1.80 µIU/mL
Prog.: 0.65 NMOL/L
Prolcation: 210.62 MU/L
Cortisol: 505.62 NMOL/L
Ferritin: 75.47 NG/ML
DHEA SO4: 9.98 UMOL/L

If anything is not in USA units tell me and I’ll make the conversion.

Pretty healthy, active good diet, good sleeping.

Endos and me are clueless, please help

Do you want the good news or the bad news first? ill give you the bad news first… you are basically turning into a woman. The good news is there is a great market out there for shemales. I say embrace it man or ‘woman’. Buy a skirt and dye your hair maybe a tad of that foundation stuff. Don’t worry the gyno will be kicking in soon, not have to worry about needing to fork out for breast implants you will have lovely big naturals lol

I am only kidding oblivion my friend lol your TT is borderline low, its still within range and some guys function fine at that but not me and many others. You might be one of them folk that feels better higher around 700-800 range. What age are you btw ?

LMAO his age is in the title.

So it is lol

We can start with lab ranges as every labs has difference ranges and add to that there is no standard of testing complicates matters. The majority of endo’s are clueless every in the world, because they specialise in a different area of medicine, thyroid and diabetes and NOT TRT.

There is no doctor in mainstream medicine that specilizes in TRT and that’s the problem, spending a few hours here and you will know more than they do.

Any type of doctor can prescribe testosterone, it doesn’t that have any clue what they are doing.

You are going to have to dictate treatment in India, you are your only hope. Educate yourself and you will gain the upper hand in getting yourself dialed in to TRT.

The younger the man and the lower in range they are, the greater the symptoms. It may not be that bad if you were 50, but you are supposed to have levels in the high normal ranges at 22 years old and you’re not and that’s why you feel the way you do.

Is it possible you have caught a disease? Being where you are located, you need to test for diseases.

Lmao.

Interesting it was after vaccines.

You needed LH and FSH to see what pituitary is doing.

Also what is the lab range for prolactin and cortisol? @oblivion1

You also should get CBC , metabolic panel, lipid panel.
Your 22. Need to investigate thoroughly.

As a regular international traveler (and one who has had all the vaccines), I don’t put much credence in the vaccines causing you problems. If they did, you would have an allergic reaction and it would be almost immediate.

Generally, travelers get these vaccines …

  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Typhoid
  • Meningococcal disease
  • and maybe a tetanus booster
  • to or from south america might include yellow fever

My guesses?? E2 is too high. You are over 2+% in free t; e2 is dragging you down.

I think I should go on TRT my balls are producing sub-optimal levels as I can tell from the way I feel.

The problem is, I can get T En. easily enough but HCG seems to be unavailable even with the top bodybuilders in my country.

Would you recommend starting TRT without HCG for some time untill I’ll get my hands on it?
