Right now, i’m taking this (scripted by my endo):

Pregnyl (250ui/day)
Testogel 0.5g/day
1 utrogestan nightly

I want to find my issue, i don’t want to be on TRT for the rest of my life…
Can someone help me? Is it possible to build muscle with this level?

(Sorry for my bad english but I’m french)

As part of your diagnosis, you should have had LH/FSH tested to determine if the problem is with the pituitary or the testes.

Pregnyl is hCG. It will stimulate your testes as LH would. If your LH was good before, your testes are not very LH responsive; then hCG would not work very well. With hCG you may notice your testes getting larger or firmer and they may hang lower.

I am wondering if you have a thyroid problem and/or iodine deficiency. Are you using iodized salt or sea salt?

Please read these stickies:
-thyroid basics
– check your body temperatures
-advice for new guys - we need more info about you

Thickened skin is a symptom of hypothyroidism. Also feeling cold easily, dry skin, brittle nails, lethargy, mental confusion/lethargy, low body temperatures and can also lead to lower T levels by lower LH.

We often see that those with thyroid problems cannot absorb transdermal testosterone products [testogel]. If you are not responding to the gel, that is a symptom of a thyroid problem.

You need to look deeper at your state of health. You are not a high T guy, but there may be something else going on other that low T. Avoid T tunnel vision.

Your written English is very good.

utrogestan is probably an attempt to improve your cortisol levels. But too much will probably not be good from a maleness point of view.

Please post labs with ranges, that is important.

We see a good number of guys your age with similar problems. Some cases can be resolved, many not.

So you have low T, low cortisol and suspected thyroid problems. Read the stickies and follow the info hyper-links. Study for a while then ask questions.

Hi Ksman, Thank you very much to answer me!

I just edited my first post, now you can see my LH/FSH level.

I forgot to tell you about my hypothyroidism… Right now, I’m taking 25mg L-thyroxine + 30mg Thyroid Erfa
Even with this dosage, my feet are cold (my gf does not like it xD). I try to use the iodized salt everywhere

I think utrogestan is to block conversion T to E2.

I don’t want to be a very high T guy, just a man, a little more manly. I tried to build muscle but it’s very hard for me… I don’t know if it’s because of my T level or my hypothyroidism…

With hypothyroidism, I can not increase my kcal because I gain only FAT.

I’ve read the stickies and is necessary, i can post my body temperature.

N.B: I think my testes was/are larger than average (without HCG).
I don’t want to kill my HPTA because I want to be a dad in 1 or 2 years :frowning:
My cortisol was high on my first test (220)

KSman I’m waiting for you ^^
