22 Proven Rep Schemes and Best Damn Strength Plan?

Hi coach
Im just curious why you didn’t mention the methods from here https://www.t-nation.com/training/22-proven-rep-schemes

for building size and strength in your „best damn strength plan“. Are these methods too demanding for higher frequency?

the “Best Damn” series is based on low volume, super high intensity work. Most of the schemes in the article rely on higher volume (more sets) and are thus not aligned with the program’s philosophy.

I thought the same. Thanks for your answer.
