Got back into training after about 2.5 years off and would say this is my second total year of lifting.
Been eating ~2250 calories since the beginning of April with a macro breakdown of roughly 215p/170c/77f, all from whole foods. I used an InBody570 test to determine I’m about 8% bf, but I know BIA is pretty inaccurate.
Been feeling like garbage for the last month or so (hormones are probably bottomed out), so I figured I’d reverse diet back to maintenance and change up my training to focus more on strength. I’ve always done hypertrophy programs in the past. Any advice on programs or if reverse dieting is worth it/tips?
