I am following the 21 day itch, but not to a "T". Today was olympic lifting day. Instead of doing the sweat day tomorrow, I did tabata dumbbell thrusters at the end of my workout. Should have this later today or tomorrow? I was thinking it would be okay to do today since it last only 4min and tomorrow could be an actual rest day. Also Friday is the "bodybuilding" day. For the past few weeks I have been doing the ladder method. I was thinking of doing the 20rep squat routine for a few weeks on Fridays. Good idea or not?
sometimes i itch for more than 21 days at a time.
