It's 2015! I hope everyone was able to achieve their 2014 goals. Regardless of that, it is time to set new ones and start training to achieve them.
Last year I brought my bodyweight down from 357 to 307 and brought my total up from 1450(ish) to 1750(ish). If this year is as productive as 2014 was I will be able to hit a 200lb total in the 275 weight class. This sound practically impossible but it's good to set goals slightly out of sight so that's what I'm going for.
What are y'all hoping to achieve this year?
