Compared to the things I see here, I'm not that ambitious. In reality, I have two powerlifting milestones I want to reach this year:
Bench Press: 225
I weigh 225 lbs and am 49 years old. I'm planning on entering my first competition (raw push/pull) when I turn 50 in December. I'm a lot closer to my deadlift goal (345) than my bench (145). I know those aren't very impressive numbers for a 220 lifter, but I am the strongest I have ever been in my life since I started lifting a few years ago. I don't pay attention to the meatheads who tell me where I "should" be. As long as I keep working and making progress, I'll be happy.
